StackAdapt is a Remote First company with a base CAD salary in Western Canada. This Senior Account Manager role focuses on programmatic operations and strategic client advisory, offering bonuses, commissions, and equity that can exceed base pay.
The position emphasizes post-sales client relationships, campaign management, and revenue growth across DSP channels. You will collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to maximize ROI, while blending strategic advisory with hands-on
This Senior Account Manager / Client Success role at StackAdapt sits at the intersection of programmatic advertising operations and strategic client advisory — a high-value combination in the adtech market. StackAdapt is a growth-stage, well-funded adtech leader (#1 DSP on G2) with strong employer branding, making it a credible and resume-enhancing employer.
Compensation context: The CAD $88K–$121K base is competitive for a client-facing programmatic role in Canada, but notably the role also offers bonuses, commissions, and equity — meaning total compensation could meaningfully exceed the base. For Vancouver's adtech market, this is at or slightly above median for 3–5 years of experience.
Green flags: Remote-first culture, day-one health benefits, strong learning/certification support, recognized as a Great Place to Work. The 20% travel requirement signals meaningful client engagement without being excessive.
Watch for: The role blends account management with hands-on campaign trafficking — ensure you're comfortable being both strategic advisor and operational executor, as scope can be demanding at growth-stage adtech companies.
