Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking dynamic and experienced Program Test Leads to join a major bank in Canada. This role focuses on leading testing efforts to support a large digital transformation program. Candidates must be capable of managing testing environments, providing test leadership, and developing strategies. Flexibility to work hands-on and provide leadership when needed is essential, along with a team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Drive innovation in automation frameworks and explore AI application use cases.
• Ensure seamless environment planning and integration.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage data flows and API testing using tools like Selenium and Postman.
• Use Jira for tracking and managing testing activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in banking and wealth domains to achieve successful program outcomes.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT, with expertise in leading test planning, preparation, and execution for high-profile programs at enterprise-level banks or financial institutions.
• Experience in all phases of API testing, including system, integration, performance, and deployment verification testing.
• Proven technical leadership and strategic direction skills, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in implementing new and automated technologies with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Hands-on ability in managing data flows and using tools like Selenium, Postman, and Jira.

Compensation:

Hourly rate between CA$45 and CA$65, with actual pay based on skills, experience, and education.
