Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION – BELONGING AND IMPACT PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Location: Calgary, AB, Winnipeg, MB, or Toronto, ON (Remote)

Division: Ticketmaster, Human Resources

Line Manager: Director, Belonging and Impact

Contract Terms: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week)

The Team

The Belonging and Impact team at Ticketmaster is responsible for fostering a culture of belonging, where employees are empowered to bring their full selves to work, feeling valued and supported. This role reports to the Director of Belonging and Impact and involves driving programs across global markets and divisions.

The Job

The Program Specialist manages global initiatives to cultivate a workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered. Responsibilities include supporting organizational change, analyzing data, engaging stakeholders, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a culture of belonging.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Manage and support global Belonging & Impact initiatives.
  2. Cultivate a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
  3. Advocate for policies promoting belonging.
  4. Collaborate with ERGs and councils.
  5. Develop and implement program strategies.
  6. Provide administrative support for initiatives.
  7. Design and facilitate training programs.
  8. Analyze data to measure progress and identify improvements.
  9. Ensure compliance with HR laws globally.
  10. Communicate initiatives and progress to stakeholders.
  11. Develop tools and resources to foster belonging.

Technical Skills Needed

  • 3-5 years in belonging, employee engagement, HR, or related roles.
  • Understanding of belonging principles and practices.
  • Experience developing and delivering training.
  • Data analysis skills for tracking and measuring impact.
  • Strong program management and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience with ERGs or councils.
  • Ability to create inclusive content for various platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media and storytelling strategies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
