Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION – BELONGING AND IMPACT PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Location: Calgary, AB, Winnipeg, MB, or Toronto, ON (Remote)

Division: Ticketmaster, Human Resources

Line Manager: Director, Belonging and Impact

Contract Terms: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

The Team

The Belonging and Impact team at Ticketmaster is responsible for guiding and sustaining a culture centered in belonging, where employees are empowered to bring their full selves to work, feeling valued and supported in reaching their full potential. This role reports directly to Ticketmaster’s Belonging and Impact Leader and will drive belonging and impact programs across global markets and divisions.

The Job

The B&I Program Specialist manages global program initiatives, playing a critical role in cultivating a workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered. The role supports organizational change, promotes a culture of belonging, and aligns with organizational impact strategies. Responsibilities include administrative support, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Manage and support global B&I program initiatives.
  2. Foster a workplace culture of respect, value, and empowerment.
  3. Drive organizational change through policy advocacy.
  4. Collaborate with ERGs and councils to foster relationships and impact.
  5. Develop and implement program strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Support the execution of initiatives, ensuring smooth operation.
  7. Design and facilitate training programs to raise awareness and engagement.
  8. Analyze data to monitor progress and identify improvement areas.
  9. Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations globally.
  10. Communicate initiatives, progress, and successes to stakeholders.
  11. Develop tools and resources to promote belonging across the organization and stakeholders.
What You Need to Know (or Technical Skills)
  • 3-5 years of experience in belonging, employee engagement, HR, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of belonging and impact principles.
  • Experience in training development and delivery.
  • Data analysis skills to measure program impact.
  • Strong program management and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience working with ERGs or councils.
  • Ability to create inclusive content for various internal platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media strategy, storytelling, and engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate with communication and event teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
