about this team
The Retail Optimization department supports North America stores with optimizing store processes, integrating new categories, and creating the strategy for continued growth within our stores.
The Retail Space + Standards team focuses on generating operational excellence through continuous improvement and physical space projects to drive exceptional guest experience. This includes the design, development, and delivery of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the creation of standards and resources to support our retail stores in maximizing their operational productivity within their physical spaces.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
Lead the design, development, and sustainment of standard operating procedures that drive operational efficiency and elevate execution in North America retail stores. Partner with the Senior Retail Engineer to analyze operational data and time studies, using insights to create scalable, field-informed SOPs. Collaborate cross-functionally to validate and implement solutions that align with labour standards, technology, and broader retail strategies.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from$ 103,500 – $135,900 CAD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
