Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Learning, the Program Manager, Organizational Learning is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning experiences that enhance employee capability and support organizational performance across Toronto Pearson. You will play a key role in advancing leadership development, onboarding, professional development, and enterprise-wide learning initiatives through a blend of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs. Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, vendors, and HR partners, you will manage learning projects from concept to implementation, ensuring learning solutions are innovative, impactful, and aligned with organizational priorities. You will also help shape the employee learning experience by leveraging adult learning best practices, emerging technologies, AI tools, and continuous improvement strategies to build a culture of learning and development.
