Job summary

Robertson & Company Ltd. in Toronto seeks a Program Manager - Non-IT IV to support an existing vacancy for a 12-month engagement with potential extension.

The role is hybrid in Toronto, with Monday–Friday hours 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and a pay rate starting at $68 per hour. You will lead Data Governance initiatives, gather requirements, create epics and user stories, manage agile ceremonies, engage stakeholders, monitor risks, and develop executive reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business is required.
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management and Product Management.
• Strong Agile delivery experience with business acumen.
• Data Governance expertise including metadata, quality, lineage, access and regulatory compliance.

Robertson is seeking a skilled Program Manager - Non-IT IV to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Data Governance roadmap and delivery initiatives

• Coordinate programs, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of programs
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss program specifications and procedures. Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business required
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management required
• Strong Program/Product Management experience with Agile delivery methodologies business acumen should be there
• Data Governance expertise, including metadata management, data quality, lineage, data access, governance controls, and regulatory compliance
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Databricks Unity Catalog, Microsoft Azure, Informatica IDMC, Power BI, JIRA, and related analytics tools
• Experience developing governance operating models and business cases
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, Data Governance, Cloud Technologies, or Product Management
