Job summary

Aeolus Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O transformation in a hybrid Ottawa environment. This hands-on role focuses on delivery, coordinating multiple workstreams, developing integrated plans, and using Azure DevOps to track progress.

The ideal candidate will manage risks and dependencies, lead governance activities, and report status to leadership while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with program objectives.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Demonstrated experience program managing complex enterprise transformations.
• A tactical, delivery-oriented approach to program management.
• Strong integrated planning and scheduling experience.
• Excellent RAID and dependency-management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, Project Managers and workstreams.
• Vendor and implementation-partner management experience.
• Strong executive and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) transformation.

This is a hands-on, tactical program management position within a fast-moving enterprise transformation environment. The successful candidate will work closely with program leadership, Project Managers, business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners to keep multiple workstreams aligned and moving forward.

This is not a high-level advisory role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the delivery - managing plans, tracking progress, identifying risks and dependencies, working through issues and helping teams execute.

What We're Looking For

Location

This opportunity is based in Ottawa, Ontario and follows a hybrid working model. Candidates must be comfortable attending the client site regularly based on program requirements.

The successful candidate must also be able to complete the security-clearance process required for the assignment.
