FortisBC is seeking a Program Manager to lead and support external and internal project teams, planning and executing programs to completion. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will drive scope management, cost control, and timely delivery within deadlines.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering plus 4–7 years of PMO experience, strong contract negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Project, and Primavera.

As a Program Manager, you will build and support external and internal project teams to help plan and execute programs to completion. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you’ll work within deadlines to achieve program objectives while challenging business practices to improve processes.
Programs managed by the PMO may support capital or Operations and Maintenance portfolios, as required. Our program managers are responsible for the growth capital program, distribution mains renewals program, joint trenching, vertical subdivisions, bridge inspection and maintenance, and contracted services to support the PMO project managers and operations groups.
