Job summary

Early Years BC is looking for a dedicated senior educator for a full-time position in the beautiful Southern Gulf Islands of British Columbia. This role involves leading a multi-age childcare program with flexible hours throughout the week, and operates from September 1st, 2026.

The compensation ranges from $32.77 to $36 per hour, with additional benefits like paid vacation, extended health benefits, and professional development opportunities. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Job description

• Days / Times: Mondays and Tuesdays: 12:15pm-4:45pm; Wed-Fri: 8:30am-4:30pm; plus 3.5 flex hours/wk of prep (ex. weekdays, weekends, afternoons etc.)

Employment Type: Full Time

Hours Per Week: 36+ (position can also be configured as part-time, see other posting)

Working Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays: 12:15pm-4:45pm; Wed-Fri: 8:30am-4:30pm; plus 3.5 flex hours/wk of prep
