Memorial University of Newfoundland is seeking a Program Manager for its Entrepreneurship Centre on a 1-year contract. The role leads multiple programs that foster student entrepreneurship, including training, mentorship, and work-term placements.
The successful candidate will work with the Director to design and deliver engaging initiatives, oversee staff, and report on program metrics. Strong collaboration with campus and external partners is essential.

The Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting the centre's mission to promote entrepreneurship and support entrepreneurs at the University. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all of the centre’s programs, including an entrepreneurial skills training program, a mentorship program, and programs for entrepreneurial work terms or placements. As a core member of the MCE team, the individual will work closely with the Director of the centre to design and deliver programming that inspires, engages, and educates students across the Memorial University campus. Duties include:
Experience (minimum 3 years) in program management or a business-oriented role; completion of a bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field is required; or an equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders are essential. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurially minded, highly motivated individual with a passion for making a difference.
$64,361 - $87,763 per annum (Management and Professional)
