Job Description:

As a Principal Technical Program Manager, reporting to the VP of Software Quality, you will work with Engineering leaders worldwide, organizing and coordinating strategic initiatives across all NetSuite development locations. You should have strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and participate in technical discussions to capture ideas or prioritize initiatives to meet organizational needs. Excellent tooling skills are necessary to facilitate online collaboration across time zones. You must also possess strong communication skills and self-confidence to effectively contribute in meetings, bring discussions back on track, clarify next steps, and ensure team members understand their responsibilities.

This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering processes, as you will help shape QA processes, best practices, training, and collaboration across a team of over 2,000 engineers.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or related fields
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles
• Relevant project management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-organizational collaboration
• Experience in organizing meetings and delivering presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Word, Excel, Confluence, Figjam, etc.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Range and benefit information: Specific to locations. CA: Hiring range in CAD from $66,800 to $145,900 per annum. Salary ranges vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, location, product lines, industries, and internal equity.
