About the role

Adecco is hiring a Bilingual Program Coordinator to join our team in a permanent role. The successful candidate will coordinate all phases of the client requisition process to promote fairness, competitiveness, and maximize revenue. As part of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) team, you will ensure compliance with program processes, introduce efficiencies, and deliver high-quality services to clients, stakeholders, and suppliers. Fluency in French and English, both verbal and written, is required. We seek a dynamic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll be doing

  1. Coordinate all requisition activities using VMS technology where applicable.
  2. Ensure prompt and accurate order distribution; support end users in clarifying job requirements.
  3. Review and manage candidate submissions from suppliers to present the best-qualified candidates.
  4. Schedule and coordinate on-site interviews, providing feedback to suppliers.
  5. Oversee proper use of VMS technology by all stakeholders.
  6. Create and manage SOP training, communicating updates regularly to ensure compliance.
  7. Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, taking corrective actions as needed.
  8. Support onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, and off-boarding activities.
  9. Assist in preparing SLA and scorecards for client review and facilitate quarterly performance audits with suppliers.
  10. Support recruitment planning across Canada.
  11. Recommend process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors, incorporating these into scorecard reviews.
  12. Review billing exception reports, analyze escalated issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  13. Manage and report on the use of sub-vendors within the program.
  14. Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

About you

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of related experience, preferably in the service industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Knowledge of VMS and ATS systems is an asset.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven high customer service levels and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude, willing to assist others.
  • Ability to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
  • Flexible and adaptable; may require occasional overtime and travel (<10%).
