Job summary

Masco Canada is hiring a Program Manager for a 12-18 month contract in St. Thomas, ON, hybrid work.

You will drive program governance, track progress, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable outcomes while coordinating cross-functional teams and executive sponsors. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business/Engineering, PMP certification, and 5+ years of program management experience in manufacturing or consumer goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
• Additional training or certification in Agile, Lean, or Program Management is an asset.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within manufacturing, consumer goods, or industrial products.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence across all organizational levels.
• Analytical thinker with a focus on problem-solving, risk mitigation, and data-informed decision-making.
• Highly organized and adaptable, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-impact results.
• Experience in a matrixed environment and in managing change across functions is preferred.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Hiring Range: $67,900.00 - $106,590.00 CAD
The salary range shown reflects the expected annual base salary for this open position, plus other wage amounts such as annual bonus, profit sharing, and commissions.
