The Institute for Canadian Citizenship (ICC) is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to lead partnerships, federal funding management, and grant development while coordinating across the Ideas & Insights team. The role supports a national network of settlement partners and requires strong grant writing and reporting skills.
Open to candidates across Canada with a GTA preference; hybrid schedule for GTA-based hires. Reports to the Senior Director, Ideas and Insights.

Location: Open to candidates across Canada, with a preference for candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area.
GTA-based candidates will work a hybrid schedule, in office two (2) days per week.

Salary Range: CAD $82,000 - $92,500 annually depending on the candidate’s level of experience. The ICC offers a 10% premium for candidates who are bilingual in English and French.

The ICC head office is in downtown Toronto, with some team members working remotely in various locations. We have satellite offices in Ottawa and continue to grow across Canada.
The Institute for Canadian Citizenship (ICC) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to lead three related areas of work: our partnerships with immigrant settlement service organizations, the management of our federal funding agreement, building a pipeline of new grant funding, and administrative support for our research and policy priorities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Ideas & Insights team while collaborating across the organization and will serve as a primary point of contact for a national network of settlement sector partners.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable owning deadlines and compliance requirements, who can write a strong grant proposal, and who genuinely enjoys bringing people together.
