Round Lake Treatment Centre in North Okanagan, British Columbia, is seeking an experienced Program Director for our residential treatment program. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to deliver culturally grounded treatment, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Five years of leadership experience in addictions treatment.
• Knowledge of Indigenous wellness and cultural safety.
• Experience supervising staff and managing programs.
• Post-secondary education in addictions, counselling, or health leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold Culture is Treatment philosophy in program delivery and employee practice.
• Integrate Indigenous teachings and evidence-informed approaches.
• Work with Elders, Knowledge Keepers and cultural leaders with protocols.
• Ensure client-centred care from admission through continuing-care coordination.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and other departments to improve service quality.
