This is a hands‑on, project‑focused engineering role. Most of your time will be spent delivering planned infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, networking, security, and migration projects rather than working a queue of reactive support tickets.
You will be responsible for the technical delivery of client projects from discovery and planning through implementation, testing, documentation, and handoff.
We are looking for someone who can independently deliver production infrastructure projects, not someone whose experience is primarily limited to service desk support.
