Adecco is hiring a Packaging Associate to join our Smiths Falls, ON team on a full-time temporary basis. You will support packaging, labeling, and boxing of finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; we are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety shoes required.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and box finished products
• Perform material handling and product movement as required
• Complete production reports and documentation accurately
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company health and safety procedures
• Support multiple production departments as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
• Contribute to quality, productivity, and waste reduction initiatives

• Pay Rate: $17.95hour
• Location: Smiths Falls, ON
• Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
