Adecco is hiring a Production Labourer for our client in Whitby, ON. The role involves steel fabrication support, material handling, packaging, and production assistance in a fast-paced facility. You will help maintain safety standards and efficient operations while contributing to quality control.

The position offers a Monday-Friday shift from 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour. This is a temporary/full-time vacancy with weekly pay and benefits after qualification.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, heavy industrial, or production environment is an asset.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Prepare industrial beams and inserts through cutting, drilling, and hammering operations.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, and general production support.
• Support machine operators and manufacturing processes.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the facility.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain housekeeping, quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure production activities are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
