Fuze HR Solutions is seeking a Production Worker for a clean, modern precision manufacturing facility in Woodbridge, ON. This full-time position offers day shifts, a Monday–Friday schedule, and the chance to grow into machine operation, quality, or shipping roles.

You will deburr, finish, assemble, pack parts, handle materials, and support shipping with safety and accuracy. Ideal applicants have hands-on manufacturing experience, are comfortable using hand and power tools, can lift up to 50 lbs,

Qualifications

• HANDS-ON experience in manufacturing/production or machine shop.
• Experience with deburring, grinding, polishing, or finishing metal components.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable and detail-oriented, able to support multiple production areas.

Responsibilities

• Deburr machined metal components and remove sharp edges.
• Clean and prepare finished parts for next processes.
• Perform basic mechanical assembly and packing.
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks accurately.
• Inspect parts for quality and mark/finish where needed.
• Move materials and assist with inventory and shipping as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.

Production Worker – Manufacturing | Day Shift

Location: Woodbridge, ON
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour
Shift: Straight Days, Monday–Friday

We are currently hiring a Production Worker for a clean, modern precision manufacturing facility in Woodbridge.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position working with machined metal components. You will support production with deburring, part finishing and cleaning, basic assembly, packaging, material handling, and general shop support.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing, assembly, metal fabrication, machine shop, or production experience who enjoys hands‑on work and wants the opportunity to learn and grow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deburr machined metal components and remove sharp edges or excess material
• Clean and prepare finished parts
• Perform basic mechanical assembly
• Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
• Inspect parts for quality and workmanship
• Perform part marking and basic finishing work
• Pack completed parts for shipment
• Move and organize materials throughout the production area
• Assist with inventory counts and production supplies
• Support shipping and receiving when required
• Assist different production departments based on daily requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous hands‑on experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, machine shop, metal fabrication, or similar industrial environment
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Experience with deburring, grinding, polishing, finishing, or metal components is a strong asset
• Mechanical assembly experience is an asset
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other measuring tools is an asset
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands‑on work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and willing to assist wherever needed within production
• Forklift experience is an asset

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
