You will learn a regulated manufacturing environment from the ground up, gaining skills in packaging, quality, and documentation that carry real value as you build your career. The team is supportive and welcomes people from all backgrounds, so you will never be left to figure it out alone. You also get a genuine say in your schedule, with five shift options including a four‑day, ten‑hour workweek, plus health and dental coverage to support your well‑being.
