Job summary

All Weather Windows in Edmonton is seeking a Production Worker II to join our manufacturing team. You will operate manual and automated equipment, follow procedures, and uphold safety and quality standards in a busy plant.

You’ll lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work overtime as needed. We value attitude, reliability and teamwork in a diverse, safety‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing
• Good hand-eye coordination; requires attention and precise movements
• High focus on quality and detail to quickly identify and address defects
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Capable of bending, lifting, pushing, turning and twisting objects weighing up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, crouching, bending, reaching for long periods of time
• Ability to accurately use a measuring tape
• The ability to read, write and understand English is required to follow instructions and maintain workplace safety
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs as well as work overtime as required

• Operate equipment according to manufacturer instructions while prioritizing safety.
