Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime if required.
• Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Perform visual and physical inspections of materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
• Handle, move, and organize materials and products safely and efficiently.
• Follow SOPs, WIs, and safety protocols at all times.
• Record production data accurately and report any deviations or equipment issues.
• Assist with setup, changeovers, and clean-up of workstations as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Participate in cross-training and support other production tasks as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

• Carry out production tasks with care and precision, ensuring materials are handled and processed according to operational standards
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient workspace, contributing to overall workflow and minimizing disruptions
• Identify and report any irregularities in product quality, equipment performance, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
