About the Role

We are seeking a Production Technician to join our Vancouver manufacturing team. This role supports day-to-day production operations and plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes.

You will work rotating 8-hour shifts (days and nights), three shifts per week, contributing directly to production execution, equipment monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Perform a wide range of production tasks, including loading, unloading, transporting, cleaning, labeling, and operating production equipment
• Support multiple stages of the manufacturing process to ensure smooth and efficient production flow

Equipment & Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections of production equipment
• Identify and report maintenance needs, defects, or irregularities

Documentation & Reporting

• Accurately record production data, activities, and order progress in internal systems
• Ensure production records are complete and up to date

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process inefficiencies or deviations
• Communicate improvement opportunities to supervisors
• Participate in operational improvement initiatives

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality regulations
• Actively promote a safe work environment
• Identify and respond appropriately to potential hazards

Housekeeping

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Ensure production lines and workspaces meet housekeeping standards

Qualifications

Required
