SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Production Technician to join our veteran-led, family-run team focused on restoring homes and businesses after fire and water damage. You will work with project managers, load and handle gear, and follow safety protocols to deliver results that feel like new.

We emphasize ongoing training, IICRC certifications where possible, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive culture. Compensation ranges hourly and includes potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• On-call availability may be needed.
• Ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to drive restoration projects from start to finish.
• Load gear, tools, and supplies with precision.
• Follow safety and risk protocols for a secure work environment.
• Prep work zones and perform demolition, cleaning, drying, moisture checks, and material removal.
• Coordinate with team to ensure project efficiency.
• Wrap up job with thorough cleanup and breakdown of tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, office, and grounds.
• Keep gear and vehicles sanitized and maintained.
• Engage in ongoing training to elevate restoration expertise.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability.
• Good communication skills—you talk with the team, not at them.
• A High School diploma/GED.
• Restoration, construction, or related experience definitely a plus but not required.
• IICRC certifications? Even better!
• A valid driver’s license and willingness for on-call shifts.
• Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/ tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks.

Schedule

• Full-time, between the hours of 7AM-7PM (Mon-Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel - with occasional out-of-area work.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and on feet all day.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
