Job summary

SERVPRO in Greater Vancouver is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to own projects from first contact to final invoice. You will scope, estimate, schedule crews, coordinate subcontractors, and close out on each restoration job.

The role requires 3+ years in restoration project management, proficiency in Xactimate, and knowledge of insurance claims. A BC driver's license and eligibility to work in Canada are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience in restoration
• Proficiency with Xactimate; XactAnalysis and Encircle an asset
• Working knowledge of insurance claims process and IICRC standards (WRT certification an asset)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization; able to juggle multiple active projects
• Valid BC Driver's License with a clean abstract; legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

• Own restoration projects end-to-end: scoping, estimating, crew scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and closeout
• Write accurate estimates in Xactimate and manage claims through XactAnalysis
• Work directly with insurance adjusters, property managers, and homeowners to keep claims moving
• Lead and support field technicians; conduct site inspections at every project phase
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and margins; deliver projects on target
• Keep documentation complete and claim-ready (photos, moisture logs, scope notes)
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response (approx. 4–5 weeks/year)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organization; able to juggle multiple active projects
• Valid BC Driver's License with a clean abstract
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Location:

Greater Vancouver, field + office

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday + on-call rotation

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
