Job summary

BIOVECTRA, now a part of Agilent Technologies Inc., is a leader in contract development and manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients, with sites in Windsor, NS and Charlottetown, PEI. This role supports GMP-compliant production and assembly within a dynamic AMPD environment, contributing to high-quality therapeutics.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, weighing materials, validating processes, and maintaining accurate regulatory records.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Lift up to 25 kg to assist production tasks.
  • Manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.
  • Experience with documentation in a regulated environment.
  • cGMP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate 12-hour rotating shift in a GMP environment.
  • Work day and night shifts on production lines.
  • Operate production/filling/packaging equipment.
  • Weigh and measure raw materials ensuring correct batches.
  • Assist in validating processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning and sterilization.
  • Maintain records to comply with regulatory requirements and assist with in-process testing.

Responsibilities
  • 12 hour rotating shift work.
  • Days and nights
  • Being in compliance with GMP, GDP and standard operating procedures, performs production and assembly processes in a production environment
  • Operating production/filling/packaging equipment
  • Weighing, measuring and checking raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain proper ingredients and quantities
  • Helping in validating processes and equipment that are directly related to filtration, cleaning and sterilization
  • Maintaining records to comply with regulatory requirements and may assist with in-process testing to ensure batches meet specifications

Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $17.10 - $29.93/hr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
