Job summary

Sundial Growers in Atholville is seeking Production Technicians to join our cannabis cultivation team. No experience needed—on-the-job training provided.

You’ll assist with propagation, planting, transplanting, trimming, and harvesting, while ensuring accurate records and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. You will work in a physically demanding environment, following sanitation protocols and collaborating with supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist propagation, planting, transplanting and cultivation of cannabis plants at all growth stages.
• Perform routine plant care including watering, trimming, and supporting plants with nets and ties.
• Monitor plants for nutrient deficiencies, pests, diseases, or environmental concerns and report to supervisors.

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Production Technicians. No experience? No problem!
