The role offers safety-focused culture and clear paths for growth within the automotive industry. Starting wage is $20.55/hr with paid overtime after 40 hours weekly, shift premiums for afternoon and night shifts, and paint booth premium.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or— successful completion of an aptitude test. You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.
