Job summary

TG Minto Corporation, a division of Toyoda Gosei, invites applications for Production Team Members at its Palmerston plant in Ontario. You will contribute to Just-in-time production of high-quality parts, meet hourly quotas, document output, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

The role offers starting wages of $20.55/hr with overtime after 40 hours, shift premiums, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training and growth opportunities are available in a dynamic automotive setting.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Requirements
