Job summary

TG Minto Corporation, a division of Toyoda Gosei, is seeking Production Team Members in Stratford, Ontario, to support Just-in-time manufacturing. The role includes maintaining a clean, safe work environment, producing quality parts and meeting hourly quotas, with opportunities for growth and a dynamic automotive-industry career.

Starting wage is $20.55/hr with overtime after 40 hours per week. Afternoon shift premiums and night shift premiums apply, and a very extensive benefits program starts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or successful completion of an aptitude test.
• Must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the physical requirements of the job.

• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Produce quality products.
• Meet hourly production quotas.
• Document daily production.
• Follow work instructions and understand the company quality policy, goals and objectives.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
