IPG is hiring a Production Team Member in Truro, NS. This entry-level role offers hands-on manufacturing experience producing resin, tape, and woven products, with a focus on teamwork and quality.

No prior experience is required, and you can grow with the company. The position features 12-hour rotating shifts (8 AM–8 PM and 8 PM–8 AM), weekly pay, shift premiums, and comprehensive benefits including extended health, dental, and pension opportunities.

Role Overview

As a Production Team Member, you’ll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process.
