Qualifications

• Secondary high school education is required.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with GMP, SOPs, and Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Manages, directs and maintains staffing and shift scheduling.
• Achieves operational objectives and determines production priorities.
• Resolves production and personnel problems pertaining to operations.
• Ensures staff adhere to GMP and company policies.
• Maintains a safe and healthy working environment.
• Trains and motivates new and existing employees.
