Job summary

Cabico is seeking a Production Team Leader to coordinate daily operations, guide a large team, and uphold safety, quality and productivity standards within our Sherbrooke facility.

You will work with the Production Supervisor to plan activities, handle staffing, address issues, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role includes an evening shift with premiums and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Production Team Leader supports the daily operations of their department by coordinating the work of their team and ensuring established procedures are followed. Acting as a key point of contact for employees, they foster a positive work environment and contribute to achieving safety, quality, and productivity objectives.

Working closely with the Production Supervisor, the Production Team Leader helps ensure activities are executed effectively, participates in resolving operational issues, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:

• Ensure established work methods are followed.

Qualifications

• Starting wage: $23.36/hour
• Evening shift premium: $2.00/hour
• Team Leader premium: $1.50/hour
• 40 hours/week
• Evening shift schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:45 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.
