Job summary

Tolko Industries is seeking a Production Team Leader for the Athabasca OSB Division in Slave Lake, Alberta. This role leads a team, drives safety, and ensures efficient production with strong budgeting and staffing management.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in manufacturing (wood products preferred), a focus on safety, and good communication. Tolko offers relocation support, a northern allowance, bonus program, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 completed.
• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Wood Sciences, or related field is an asset.
• Demonstrated focus on safety.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 2-3 years experience leading a team. Supervisory/leadership certificate is an asset.
• 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing setting (wood products manufacturing preferred).
• Experience in a shiftwork setting and continuous press experience is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Completion of Grade 12.
