Our Production Team Leaders build the foundation of our business. They engage their teams, keep employees safe, and ensure operations run smoothly! If you’re a leader at heart, have production experience, and want to make a real impact, come join us!

We’re looking for a Production Team Leader to join our High Prairie OSB Division, located in High Prairie, Alberta. Our mill is undergoing an exciting major rebuild and modernization, including the commissioning of a new continuous press, which will make us the most modern mill in North America.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Completion of grade 12
  • Completion of post-secondary education is an asset
  • Completion of a supervisory or leadership certificate is an asset
  • 3 – 5 years experience within a manufacturing setting, with wood products manufacturing preferred
  • 2 – 3 years experience leading a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
