You Are

UST is searching for a Production Support professional who will coordinate and promote effective functioning of problem management activities across all support teams.

The Opportunity

• Lead and prioritize the Application Support team’s workload.
• Responsible for prioritization of incidents ensuring the incidents are completed in a timely and high-quality manner.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

• 5 Years of experience.
• Proven knowledge in all stages of the software development life cycle.
• Experience working in an environment using Agile Methodology.
• Good with production support methodologies: SLAs, Incidents, ticketing system, coordination with users and development team, reviewing logs, monitoring system health, etc.
• Ability to work as a developer when support work is not available, performing automation, bug fixes, small development tasks.
• Skillset: REST API, APIM, C#, Azure technologies – Logic Apps, Function app, ASB, MongoDB.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience working independently with little supervision.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all stakeholders including senior leadership.

Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, education, and experience. UST offers a reasonable salary range for roles in various U.S. markets.

Role Location: Remote-Canada

Compensation Range: $89,000 - $109,000

Benefits

Full-time employees accrue at least 10 days of paid vacation annually, 6 days of paid sick leave (pro-rated for new hires), paid holidays, and are eligible for additional leave and healthcare benefits. Part-time and temporary employees receive pro-rated sick leave and similar benefits where applicable.
