FED Group in Sherbrooke is seeking a Weekend Production Supervisor for a permanent role with a large manufacturer. You will lead weekend operations and supervise production staff, the team leader under your responsibility, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, logistics and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

The position offers a 28-hour weekend schedule that is paid as 40 hours, an annual salary of CAD 90,000–95,000 plus group insurance, retirement plan and employee assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience supervising or managing a production team.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is required.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage a team autonomously during weekend operations.
• Experience using KPIs to identify performance gaps and guide decisions.

I am currently recruiting a Production Supervisor for a permanent weekend shift with a large manufacturing company located in Sherbrooke. The schedule consists of four hours on Friday and two twelve-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday. You will therefore work 28 hours while being paid on a 40-hour basis. You will work in a material-processing environment where production collaborates closely with quality, maintenance, logistics and technical teams.
