This is a night-shift position, Monday - Friday, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor manages all production activities during the night shift at the Cambridge location. The role oversees production, people, safety, quality, delivery, and cost activities, handles inventory management of critical supplies, and leads continuous improvement projects to enhance compliance, productivity, and costs. The supervisor manages hourly, unionized employees in various classifications.
