About Roma Moulding

Roma Moulding is a design-driven, innovation-led company transforming the global art and framing industry. We combine high-end aesthetics with powerful production capabilities to serve clients across interior design, hospitality, retail, and eCommerce — from boutique studios to mass-market leaders.

We don’t just make picture frames. We deliver high-performance art and design solutions at scale, backed by advanced logistics, global reach, and a relentless commitment to quality and speed. Our business spans B2B and B2C channels, with a growing footprint in 3PL and fulfillment.

At the core of why we win is our people. We hire for culture and merit — and in doing so, we build teams that are fiercely committed, highly capable, and deeply aligned. We move fast. We think differently. We lead with heart and execute with discipline.

Under the visionary leadership of CEO Tony Gareri, Roma is a place for servant leaders, builders, and independent thinkers. This is where art meets entrepreneurship, and where the right people come to do the best work of their lives.

Our ultimate goal?To Move, Inspire & WOW!!!— in everything we make, deliver, and stand for.

About the Role

This is not a typical supervisor role. As the Production Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind Roma's production assembly line and Art Shoppe. Your role is to ensure that everything from the art printing and mat cutting to the final packaging runs seamlessly. You will lead and develop a team of diverse, skilled individuals across multiple workstations to meet production goals, maintain the highest quality standards, and deliver on-time results.

No two days will look the same. One day, you will be troubleshooting a production issue; the next, you will be coaching your team through a new process or managing a high-priority order. You will need to move quickly, adapt to change, and always be ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in where needed. Your leadership will set the pace and tone for a high-performing, collaborative team.

What You’ll Own
  • Team Leadership & Development— Lead and mentor team members to hit daily production targets, ensuring accountability and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Quality Control— Oversee the entire production flow, ensuring that every product - from printing to packaging - meets Roma's uncompromising quality standards.
  • Operational Efficiency- Monitor production schedules, reallocate resources when necessary, and ensure materials are available to meet daily goals.
  • Special Orders & Priorities— Manage high-value or special orders, ensuring quality and timely delivery while maintaining strict quality control throughout.
  • Inventory Coordination— Work with supply chain teams to coordinate inventory needs, ensuring smooth material flow across all production stations.
  • Continuous Improvement— Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and elevate team performance.
  • Performance Metrics— Track key production KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive higher productivity and quality.
  • Problem Solving— Resolve production issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with company goals.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration- Collaborate closely with the Operations Leader, Customer Care, and other teams to ensure a seamless production process and on-time deliveries.
  • Reporting & Communication- Keep leadership updated on production status, challenges, and wins, contributing valuable insights in team meetings and daily huddles.
  • Additional Duties- Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the Operations Leader.
