Qualifications
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Prepare production reports and recommend productivity improvements
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and staff
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate with other units
Supervision
- Supervise staff in various areas, including laborers in food, beverage, and tobacco processing
Knowledge & Regulations
- Familiarity with CIP and SIP systems
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Physical & Work Conditions
