Production Supervisor - Food and Beverage Processing

Job Details
  • Work hours: 36 to 45 hours per week
  • Work environment: Hot
  • Relocation: Willing to relocate
Qualifications
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Prepare production reports and recommend productivity improvements
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and staff
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate with other units
Supervision
  • Supervise staff in various areas, including laborers in food, beverage, and tobacco processing
Knowledge & Regulations
  • Familiarity with CIP and SIP systems
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
