Fleming and Baron, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Production Supervisor – Day Shift to join our team at our Woodbridge, Ontario manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll lead operations within the Door Department during the day shift and support our commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
You’ll be responsible for supervising daily production operations during the day shift (7:00 pm - 3:30 am), leading a team of employees, ensuring product quality, achieving production targets, and supporting on-time delivery while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Compensation $88,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
