Position Overview

The Production Supervisor will play a key role in leading our production team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive, collaborative work environment. This role focuses on effective communication, team motivation, and consistent application of our established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and motivate production staff to achieve daily goals while maintaining a positive and respectful workplace culture.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with team members, management, and other departments to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Train new and existing employees on company SOPs, safety standards, and quality expectations, ensuring consistent practices across all shifts.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement by providing regular feedback and recognizing achievements.
  • Monitor workflow and help coordinate resources to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Address and resolve team concerns or conflicts promptly and constructively.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by promoting and enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, training, and production activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse team.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Experience training staff and ensuring adherence to established procedures or SOPs.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
