As a Permanent Production Supervisor, you will be at the helm of a dedicated team, orchestrating the seamless production of high-quality products. You will be the torchbearer of efficiency, safety, and productivity, ensuring that our manufacturing operations are running like a well-oiled machine. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production processes.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production workers, promoting a positive work environment.
• Monitor production output and quality, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Work closely with the planning and logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean workspace.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of production procedures and quality control standards.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using production management software and other relevant computer applications.
