Your Impact:

As our Production Supervisor, you will: Supervise production crews through all stages of operation Improve processes, materials, and inventory levels Create and maintain production schedules to meet demand Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to meet deadlines Promote safety initiatives and environmental best practices

What You Bring to the Team:

5+ years of experience in a similar role A valid driver’s license Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Experience with utility pole and customer standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems Knowledge of health and safety regulations
