Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and work with their team to assemble wood components into structural panels used in construction projects.
• Ensure the company’s safety measures and quality standards are always met.
• Meet or exceed production targets and help maintain equipment upkeep.
• Communicates information and priorities to the team and ensures they have the directions and tools needed to complete their tasks.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry
• 1 year of supervising experience
• Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude.
