Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and support to employee groups of less than 35.
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings and discussions on resolving production issues.
  • Administer daily production tasks (housekeeping, preventive maintenance).
  • Review work layout to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to the team.
  • Coordinate customer requirements regarding delivery, quality, and pricing.
  • Track and report inventory levels.
  • Review and update SPI/SWI and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in advanced quality planning and new product development.
  • Provide orientation and training for new employees.
  • Monitor and manage employee conduct, attendance, and punctuality.
  • Interview prospective candidates.
  • Assist in team training and provide coaching and guidance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met and promote safety initiatives.
Qualifications
  • College Diploma or Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems, inventory control, demand planning, and supply chain analytics.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills with management and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Integrity, accountability, and ethical behavior.
  • Ability to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
