Job summary

4 Pillars Search Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the day shift to lead and develop the production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will own the day-to-day supervision of production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding a busy team. You will supervise production staff, uphold GMP/HACCP/BRC standards, coordinate the production plan with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through SOPs and policy

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC and food safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a production team.
• Experience coordinating production scheduling and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct production employees
• Uphold operational procedures — safety, quality, yield, GMP, HACCP, and BRC
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance, provide coaching and discipline
• Coordinate and execute the production plan alongside stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional departments to keep plant expectations on track
• Maintain employee records related to H&S, production, and timesheets
• Support continuous improvement by helping develop and maintain departmental policies, processes, and SOPs
• Participate in internal and external audits, and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions as needed
