Job summary

AirBoss Defense Group seeks a Production Scheduler to plan daily, weekly, and monthly production aligned with orders, forecasts, and inventory. You will coordinate across production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure feasible schedules and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in production scheduling, strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and a focus on continuous improvement within a rubber/plastics or related manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum required post-secondary education in a related field.
• 2–5 years of production scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, capacity planning and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure feasibility of schedules.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to address delays or shortages.
• Prioritize work orders to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
• Analyze capacity constraints and propose throughput improvements.
• Ensure materials are available to support planned production.
• Track KPIs such as on-time delivery and schedule adherence.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement in planning and workflow optimization.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems.
