Job summary

FG Deli Group in Langley, BC is seeking an Operations Coordinator – Scheduling to ensure production and packaging operations run smoothly. You will coordinate schedules, analyze jobs, and work with multiple teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Procurement & Admin Manager, you will manage schedules, troubleshoot discrepancies, track labour hours, and drive process improvements while supporting daily priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• ROSS or ERP experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Production and Packaging jobs
• Coordinate changes and priorities across departments
• Review and close production jobs accurately in ROSS
• Investigate inventory and job discrepancies
• Track labour hours against job standards
• Identify errors and help teams improve accuracy
• Recommend process and efficiency improvements
• Support Operations projects and daily priorities
